Arthur Belkin

Arthur Belkin is a financial consultant with Capital Management Group. He joined the firm in 2010, and is responsible for offering financial planning, wealth management and risk management guidance to individuals, families and businesses, as well as their respective trusts, estates, and foundations.

Arthur brings more than 40 years of experience in economics, finance and investment management. Prior to Capital Management Group, he was an Economist at the Treasury Department, a Senior Portfolio Manager with the Dreyfus Corporation, and an Officer at a number of the leading investment banks on Wall Street.

He graduated with Honors in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and attended the Graduate Program in Economics at George Washington University. Arthur received a certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has been awarded by AXA Advisors the title of Retirement Planning Specialist. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 8, 63 and 65 securities registration and Life, Health and Disability Income Insurance licenses.

Arthur lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where he and his wife Beth raised two children.
