With 25+ years of experience in financial services, Steven Arietta has a practice in wealth management, estate planning, and business planning. Steve has a special focus on Qualified Plans and Executive Benefits, working with the design and implementation of 401(k), Pension & Profit-Sharing, and Defined Benefit Plans in the Qualified marketplace, along with Split-Dollar, Executive Bonus, and Deferred Compensation Programs in the Non-Qualified Executive Benefits arena.

Steve holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Prior to joining Hightower Advisors, he was at Equitable Advisors where he was inducted into the Equitable Advisors Hall of Fame in 2005 – one of the most prestigious honors given at the company. Steve is a Life & Qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, and has served as the MDRT Chairperson of the Passaic-Bergen Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He holds the CPFA^®, NQPC^™, and AIF^® designations and is a member of The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and FI 360.

A dedicated community member, Steve is a Past-President of New City Rotary, a Paul Harris Fellow, and a Special Reserve Deputy for the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and supporting his favorite teams.
