Steven Arietta has over 25 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry working with individuals and small businesses in all aspects of financial planning, estate planning, business planning and concerns. Over two decades ago, Steve began focusing his career in the Qualified Plan and Executive Benefits markets. This consists of working with the design & implementation of 401(k) Pension & Profit Sharing, and Defined Benefit Plans in the Qualified marketplace, along with the Split-Dollar, Executive Bonus, and Deferred Compensation Programs in the Non-Qualified or Executive Benefits arena.
Steve is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. Over the years, Steve has been recognized in many ways for his financial services career and distinguished service. Steve received one of the most prestigious honors given at Equitable Advisors by being entered into the Equitable Advisors Hall of Fame in 2005. He is a Life and Qualifying member of the industry’s Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, has also served as the MDRT Chairperson of the Passaic-Bergen Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, is currently a member of NAPA, The National Association of Plan Advisors where he earned the CPFA “Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor” designation and his NQPC, “Non-Qualified Plan Advisor” certification. He also has earned the AIF designation, “Accredited Investment Fiduciary” from and is a member of FI 360. In addition, he is a Past-President, Foundation President, Officer, Paul Harris Fellowship award recipient and member of New City Rotary, a community service organization. Steve also serves his community as a Special Reserve Deputy for the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office.
He resides with his wife Nancy in New City, New York and enjoys spending time with his family, softball, golf and tailgating as he is an avid sports fan.
